Home on Land Contract
In September 2008 our only child was n a serious car accident.And suffered a severe brain injury.We have had him in two different rehab centers.And now we need to bring him home. The first one was in Grand Rapids.We picked up and moved down there to be by his side.We now have him in a new center( closser to home) in Northern Michigan.So now we are trying to find a home so we can bring him home and care for him. The mobile home we are renting is not suitable for his needs.The insurance company said if we can purchase a home they would modify it to accommodate his needs. We are searching for something on land contract terms.With no money down.Located in the Antrim or Kalkaska area.As that is close to the rest of our family.
